Lunch and Dinner Tickets

Lunch and Dinner charges are included in the delegate registration fee. Additional meal tickets may be purchased at Rs. 750 per lunch and Rs. 1,000 per dinner. Delegates are advised to show their tickets for availing lunch and dinner facilities.

Tea/Coffee

Tea and coffee will be made available free of cost.

Weather & Clothing

At the time of the conference and exhibition, Delhi will be in the midst of winter, with daytime temperatures ranging from 15 to 20 degrees Celcius. Nights can however be quite chilly, with temperatures falling to as low as 5 degrees Celcius. Carrying warm clothes is recommended.

Inter Continental Hotel is located in the centre of New Delhi and is only 20 minutes from the Airport and 5 minutes from Railway Station. 

Currency

Indian currency is known as Rupee. Foreign exchange counter will be available at the venue of the conference for easy exchange of currencies for visiting foreign delegates.
