Map India 2003 UpdateMap India 2003 is 6th annual international conference and exhibition in the field of mapping technologies like Geographic Information System, Global Positioning System, Aerial Photography and Remote Sensing. Although it primarily serves to Indian mapping community but over a period it has attracted quite a lot of international participation providing a platform for collaboration between India and rest of the world. Theme Theme of Map India 2003 is “g-Readiness”. Geographic information generation, availability, accessibility, policy framework and utilisation by the organisations and citizens, form the core parameters to measure the g-readiness of a country.
