Mr. B V R Mohan Reddy is the founder, Chairman and Managing Director of Infotech Enterprises Limited. Mr. Reddy started his career with the DCM Group in 1974, and later worked with MICO Bosch and Hindustan Computers Limited. Mr. Reddy has over twenty-five years of Engineering and Management Experience. Before starting Infotech Enterprises Ltd., Mr. Reddy was the Managing Director of OMC Computers Limited. A graduate in Mechanical Engineering from Andhra University, India Mr. Reddy is acknowledged to have pioneered the CAD/CAM culture in India. In the year 1996, Mr. Reddy was awarded the "Entrepreneur of the Year" by Hyderabad Management Association. He was awarded HYSEA Outstanding Contribution Award for 1997 for his efforts in promoting Software Industry in the State of Andhra Pradesh. Ernst & Young Private Limited nominated him for the "Outstanding Entrepreneur Award" for the year 1999-2000. Mr.Reddy was also recipient of the “Outstanding Industrial Achievement Award 2004” presented by All India Manufacturers Organisation (AIMO) in recognition of his path-breaking services to the State and the Nation.

Rajesh C. Mathur is the President and Member of the Board of NIIT GIS Ltd., a joint venture between NIIT Ltd. and ESRI, Inc., the World’s largest provider of GIS software. An alumnus of IIT Delhi, Mr. Mathur has been associated with the IT industry both in India and overseas for more than 25 years. He has handled assignments in General Management, Marketing, Corporate Planning and International Operations. Prior to his current assignment he has worked with Wipro, IDM and DCM Data Systems in India and USA. As the head of ESRI India, Mr. Mathur is spearheading the growth of GIS deployment in India. He is actively involved with various professional bodies associated with the Indian GIS industry. He is the Vice President of Indian Society of Geomatics. He is also a member of various committees formed by Govt. of India, CII and FICCI.

Rajesh represents the executive management on the Board of Directors of RMSI. As the head of the GIS and Software divisions, Rajesh provides leadership in shaping and implementing business strategies. He received a B.E. degree (Civil Engineering) from REC-Nagpur and an M.Tech degree (Civil Engineering) from IIT-Madras. Rajesh started his professional career in the construction division of Larsen and Toubro Ltd., a leading industrial group in India. He worked for a year with Consulting Engineering Services (CES), New Delhi, and worked for seven years with Rail India Technical & Economic Services (RITES), where his achievements included designing bridges, and developing infra-structural projects.
