- Payments for the conference shall be made by demand draft or cheque in favour of CSDMS, New Delhi
- Payments for the exhibition, commercial shows and advertisements shall be made
by demand draft or cheque in favour of GIS Development Private Limited,
New Delhi
Cancellation and Substitution Policy
- In case registered participant is unable to attend due to some
reason, he may send his substitute to attend the conference. He must
inform the Secretariat latest by 15th January 2004.
- In case registered participant is unable to attend the conference
and wants refund of registration fee, he may do so and claim back 50% of
registration fee latest by 31st December 2003.
